Extended Learning Opportunities Program

          The grade six/seven  students are currently working on a unit of study in the subject area of English Language Arts.  The unit, Mysteries, has been planned by the Classroom Teacher, Teacher Librarian, and the E.L.O. Catalyst Teacher.  The team of teachers will all take part in teaching and evaluating the unit.  Students will be exposed to a number of different enrichment strategies that have been created to challenge each child at their level of learning ability. 

          The unit is one part of the Extended Learning Opportunities program offered at St. Dominic School.  The teachers expect this to be an exciting and enriched learning experience for all children.
