Technology: Acceptable Use Policy

St. Dominic has created an acceptable use policy to reflect current practices in technology.  It is intended to provide guidance for students as we move forward in a "connected" society.

While it does include some restrictions, it clarifies and expands the role technology will play in our school.  It is an important piece of our technology plan as we prepare for the roll out of division email for students.

Please read through it.  Students have had the opportunity to read and discuss the document, so they should be able to explain it if necessary.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

I would like to have the signed document returned by next Thursday so that we can continue to move forward with our technology plan.

Looking for library volunteers

  I am asking if any parent would like to volunteer in the library from 8:30 to 9:00, checking out books. I would love to offer early morning book sign out to all of our students. It would be great if a handful of parents would sign up, receive training then help out a few times a week. Parents can select days available or help as much or as little as possible.
