When I registered for a blog, I was looking for something simple that would convey the idea "I have a message for you". According to several sources, this is 10-44 in police scanner/ten-code. I thought I had struck gold. I have subsequently learned that ten-code above 10-39 is not standardized, and to some people, this code means "possible mental patient". Depending on the day, either connotation might be appropriate.

Humour Unit in Language Arts
Because of the nature of the Humour Unit, students who miss class will find themselves behind with their viewing/listening/reading response entries. I will try to upload as many of these items as is practical, as well as assignments throughout the unit. They are found in the "Humour" file in the Shared Documents or by clicking here.
Treaties Test
Our "Treaties" test in Social Studies will be this Thursday. It will focus on the similarities and differences between the worldviews of First Nations people and the British newcomers. Information can be found in the "Social Studies" folder in "Shared Documents" or be clicking here. (Hopefully!)
